  The Residence Club at Geneva National is an equity residence club^SM comprising elegant, fully furnished 2,700-sq-ft, three-bedroom homes. The Residence Club is located adjacent to Lee Trevino Course at Geneva National Golf Club and ownership includes a National Membership at the Golf Club and private sport boat privileges. There will be only 12 residence club owners per Club Residence and each will enjoy frequent and flexible lodging privileges.

• Why are these beautiful homes being offered as a residence club?
  The Residence Club at Geneva National was created in response to those who want to enjoy the Geneva National lifestyle and golf privileges but do not currently have enough leisure time to justify purchasing and maintaining their own Lake Geneva home and boat. The Residence Club at Geneva National is designed to provide generous and flexible vacation home use and boating adventures while removing the worries and heavy financial burden typically associated with ownership.

• As a Residence Club buyer do I own real estate?
  Yes. Ownership is evidenced by a real estate deed, which is recorded and guaranteed by a title insurance policy. Each owner is conveyed a 1/12, debt-free, undivided deeded, interest in one of the fully furnished residences.

  Yes. This innovative ownership concept has been enthusiastically embraced by affluent buyers at premier locations, such as Aspen, Vail, Telluride, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado; Deer Valley, Utah; Napa Valley and La Quinta, California; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Los Cabos, Mexico; and Southampton and Tucker's Town, Bermuda. There are also luxurious residence clubs in Manhattan, New York and Florence, Italy. The Residence Club at Geneva National will be owned and operated much like these prestigious residence clubs. • How often can I vacation at The Residence Club at Geneva National?
  As often as you wish, subject to the reservations policies. Owners have the flexibility of reserving Club vacations well in advance and also on a space-available and short-notice basis. Each year prior to the summer season, Owners may reserve two planned vacations of up to seven (7) days each. This leaves 55% of the year available for additional vacations. There is no limit to the amount of use. If some owners visit the Residence Club less, other owners can visit more. Owners pay only the published housekeeping fees any time they reside at the Club.

• Is The Residence Club at Geneva National a typical timeshare development?
  No. The Residence Club is owned and enjoyed much like a private equity golf club. Timeshare typically offers the right to use only a specific week(s) and lodging is limited to a specific residence. Residence club owners have access to all Club residences with the right to use anytime, subject to the reservation policies and availability.

  The Residence Club at Geneva National is designed to equitably allocate peak-period vacations when demand for lodging may exceed supply. A Rotating Priority System^® ensures that all owners will have equal access to high-demand periods over the years. This system has proved fair and equitable for 20 years at other residence clubs.

• Do I pay any lodging charges when I vacation at my Residence Club?
  No.

• Do I pay any other charges when I stay at my Residence Club?
  Yes. Housekeeping fees will be charged for each visit to insure each residence is clean and tidy prior to your arrival and ready for the next arriving owner. Fuel and supplies will be charged for club boat use.

  Yes. An ownership can be held in a corporate, partnership or family trust name.

• Can more than one family or individual share a single ownership?
  Yes. Owners can form partnerships to control an ownership. Only one family will have National Membership privileges at Geneva National, and additional Geneva National memberships can be purchased independent of Residence Club ownership.

• How do I reserve lodging?
  The Residence Club at Geneva National's reservation privileges enable owners to reserve vacations well in advance, while also accommodating more spontaneous visits. Each February, owners reserve their most important vacation dates for the coming year. Additional club vacations may be reserved throughout the year.

• Will I always stay in the same residence?
  No. To provide greater flexibility and availability, owners have equal access to all Club residences. Requests for specific residences will be granted when possible.

• Can I reserve more than one residence during the same time period?
  Yes. Because Club owners are not restricted to a particular residence, you can reserve more than one residence at the same time, if residences are available. This unique benefit of equity residence club^SM ownership enables you to host family, friends and colleagues while enjoying the privacy of your own residence.

• Do I have guest privileges?
  Yes. You may invite guests to stay with you during your Residence Club vacations. You may also invite unaccompanied guests to enjoy a Club residence during any of your confirmed Planned Vacations and vacations confirmed for low demand times.

• Do I pay annual fees?
  Yes. Residence Club owners pay annual fees for the professional management, operation and maintenance of all Club residences and boats. These fees are significantly lower and are more comprehensive than those of a wholly owned vacation home. Included in these annual fees are funds for the maintenance of the residences, boat maintenance and services, Geneva National Golf Club membership fees, insurance, utilities, administrative salaries, supplies, window washing, trash removal, legal/accounting fees, and reserves for the replacement and refurbishing of club furnishings, appliances and amenities.

• Who establishes the dues and controls the affairs of The Residence Club at Geneva National?
  An owner-elected board of directors establishes budgets and fees on an annual basis.

  The Residence Club at Geneva National strictly limits the number of ownerships to no more than 12 per residence.

  The Residence Club is privately owned and operated for the exclusive enjoyment of its owners and their guests. Prior to full subscription of ownerships, Club residences may be used for marketing purposes but such use will not diminish the lodging privileges of Club owners.
